Senior / Network Engineer

Senior / Network Engineer Job Responsibilities Operate, maintain and support enterprise and data centre network infrastructure. Monitor network availability, capacity and performance to ensure service reliability and SLA compliance.

Perform network configuration, provisioning, installation, migration, upgrades and maintenance. Provide L2/L3 technical support and troubleshoot routing, switching, firewall, VPN, wireless and connectivity issues. Support customer projects, network implementation and onsite activities when required.

Maintain network diagrams, IP addressing plans, configuration records, SOPs and MOP documentation. Support change management, including implementation planning, risk assessment, rollback and post-change validation. Perform network security hardening, firmware updates, patching and vulnerability remediation.

Work with internal teams, vendors and service providers on incident resolution and project delivery. Participate in after-office-hours standby and scheduled maintenance when required.

Requirements

Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT, Computer/Network Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise, data centre or managed network environments. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLAN, VPN, NAT, DNS and DHCP .

Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks and load balancers . Experience in network implementation, migration, troubleshooting and change management. Good understanding of network security and infrastructure hardening. Strong troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.

CCNP certification preferred. Fortinet NSE, HPE Aruba, A10 or ITIL certifications would be advantageous. Candidates who are available to commence work within a short notice period are welcome to apply. License No. 22C1076 | EA Reg. No. : R25142215
