The ideal candidate brings deep functional knowledge, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate business needs into clear IT requirements within a regulated financial environment. Key Responsibilities Requirements & Functional Analysis • Translate business needs into precise IT requirements, functional specifications, and user stories. • Analyse and enhance Daily Banking processes across payments, accounts, cards, and digital channels (online & mobile banking). • Ensure all solutions meet Dutch banking regulations, compliance standards, and customer expectations. Stakeholder Collaboration • Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, architects, and QA teams. • Facilitate workshops, requirement‑gathering sessions, and cross‑functional discussions. • Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure alignment and clarity. Solution Design & Testing • Support solution design, functional validation, and end‑to‑end testing. • Troubleshoot issues, analyse root causes, and ensure timely resolution. • Maintain high‑quality documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Delivery & Governance • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies. • Ensure adherence to banking standards, security guidelines, and operational processes. • Contribute to continuous improvement of BA practices and digital banking capabilities. Essential Skills • Strong experience in Daily Banking : savings, current accounts, payments, cards, digital channels. • Proven IT Business Analysis experience (6–8 years). • Ability to translate business needs into IT requirements and functional specifications. • Experience facilitating workshops, defining user stories, and supporting solution design. • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. • Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation. • Excellent project and time management skills. • English proficiency (no local language requirement).
