We're seeking a highly strategic, collaborative, and forward-thinking finance professional with a deep understanding of financial planning and analysis, capital markets, M&A, and stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical excellence, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills—someone who can own complex financial models, craft compelling narratives, and partner effectively across teams to unlock business opportunities.

Location: Cleveland or Pittsburgh areas, commutable to Sharon, PA Salary: $160 - $190K base plus bonus Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or CFA preferred.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance, or at a private equity-backed company. Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis.

Strong aptitude for building and maintaining financial models supporting acquisitions, capital projects, and operational efficiencies. Excellent communication skills with high emotional intelligence, able to present complex data clearly and confidently. Detail-oriented with high accuracy and organizational skills.
