Senior Generative AI Engineer Join a market-leading professional services organisation at the forefront of its Generative AI transformation. You'll work with major enterprise clients to turn GenAI opportunities into real, production-ready solutions, from early prototypes and PoCs through to scalable AI products. Day to Day • Building GenAI applications with Python and LLM APIs • RAG, embeddings and vector databases • AI agents and workflow automation • Azure / cloud-based AI solutions • APIs and enterprise integrations • AI evaluation, security and performance • Taking GenAI PoCs into production The Package • Up to €7,000 gross/month , depending on experience • Company car or mobility budget • Fuel/charging card • Group insurance • Hospitalisation insurance • Meal vouchers • Expense allowance • Laptop and smartphone • Internet allowance • Flexible hybrid working • Generous holiday package • Extensive training and professional development • Dedicated budget for AI, cloud and technical certifications • Access to leading AI technologies and enterprise platforms • Opportunities to work with large, international clients • Clear progression towards Senior, Lead or AI Architect positions • Strong internal AI community and collaboration with experienced engineers, architects and consultants Who you are • 5+ years' experience in software, data, ML or AI engineering • Strong Python • Practical experience with LLMs / Generative AI • Understanding of RAG and AI agents • Cloud experience, ideally Azure • Strong engineering fundamentals • Comfortable working directly with clients • Fluent English; Dutch or French is a plus You don't need 5+ years of experience in AI, that's simply not realistic given how quickly the market has evolved. My clients are particularly interested in strong Data Engineers, Data Scientists or Software Engineers who have started moving into AI/Generative AI and want to make that their next career step.
