Main Responsibility:
- Manage 3-8 RMs
- Drive team revenue
- Acquire large clients
- Mentor RMs
- Monitor pipeline and conversions

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10-15 years of experience in wealth management or private banking
- Proven track record of managing HNI / UHNI client relationships
