Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Production & Operations Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing and plant operations, drive operational excellence, and build efficient, scalable processes. Key Responsibility Areas: - Production Planning & Execution - Operations Management & Plant Efficiency - Quality Assurance & Quality Control - Printing & Packaging Quality Management - Cost Control & Waste Reduction - Inventory & Material Management - Compliance, Safety & Audit Management - Team Leadership & Workforce Management - Process Improvement & Continuous Improvement - Management Reporting & Business Performance Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Operations Management, or a related field. - MBA or equivalent qualification in Operations Management will be an added advantage. - 8 - 12 years of experience in manufacturing or plant operations. - Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a managerial role within FMCG, food manufacturing, or a similar industry.
