Category Manager - Fashion

Category Manager - Fashion: Key Job Responsibilities: - P&L Ownership: Own the Fashion category's revenue, margins, profitability, and overall growth targets. - Assortment Planning: Build the right fashion assortment based on trends and creator preferences; manage seasonal buys, new launches, key SKUs, and catalog additions/removals. - Merchandising: Track fashion trends and curate the customer-facing experience to improve product discovery and conversion. - Pricing & Margin: Define pricing strategy, price points, discounts, markdowns, and promotions while maintaining healthy margins. - Catalog Management: Ensure proper product categorization, naming, attributes, and catalog structure; optimize Product Detail Pages (PDPs) for better customer experience. - Data & Trend Analysis: Analyze sales, sell-through, inventory metrics, and fashion trends to identify opportunities and forecast demand. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with brands/sellers, marketing, supply chain, and product teams to drive category growth. - This person will own the Fashion category end-to-end - from product selection and trends to pricing, margins, merchandising, sales, and profitability.
