Line of Service Advisory Industry / Sector Not Applicable Specialism SAP Management Level Manager About the Role We are searching for an experienced SAP Treasury transformation and technology Manager. In this pivotal role you will lead growth, manage delivery teams, and bring profound subject‑matter expertise to shape Treasury strategies, optimise processes, orchestrate organizational transformations, and implement cutting‑edge treasury management systems as a cornerstone of our consulting services. Key responsibilities include: • Define, strategise, and execute SAP cash management, Treasury management, mandiant obligations, hedge management, accounting, liquidity planning, and analysis. • Lead technology transformations for Fortune 500 corporations, focusing on treasury IT strategy, bank connectivity (SAP MBC, SWIFT, multi‑bank reporting), vendor selection, organisational enhancements, and TMS implementations. • Serve as a trusted advisor in SAP treasury, risk management, and technology advisory services. • Drive client engagement, foster relationships, and ensure client satisfaction. • Ensure deliverables exceed contract specifications and deadlines, setting new industry benchmarks. • Contribute to innovative tools, methodologies, and assets that elevate project delivery. • Expand service offerings, support sales, proposals, and pioneer business strategies. • Mentor junior professionals. About You • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. • Proven experience managing or leading teams. • 5+ years of consulting or major corporate treasury experience with strong focus on technology, specifically treasury management systems and SAP Treasury. • Minimum 5 years of SAP Treasury consulting experience, including full‑life‑cycle implementations. • Hands‑on expertise in SAP Treasury core components: cash management, transaction manager, in‑house cash, risk analyzers, liquidity planner, hedge management, accounting, SWIFT integration, MBC, BCM, and integration with financial accounting. • Experience in technology implementation project management. • Proficiency in developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical solutions under inter‑dependent project deadlines. • Demonstrated experience in treasury transformations, vendor selections, and TMS implementations. • Ability to travel 40% on average. Preferred Qualifications • MBA, CPA, CTP, or CFA. • Experience in SAP integration with trading platforms (FXall, 360T) and market data feeds (Bloomberg, Reuters). • Strong understanding of cash management, FX, debt capital markets, and interest‑rate risk management. • Consistent career progression with increasing responsibility, especially in Corporate Treasury or TMS vendor space. • Ownership of deliverables, resourcefulness, flexibility, creativity, high energy, and versatility. • Strong presentation, consulting, project management, client, and training/mentoring skills. • Professional executive presence and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong industry contacts in major target corporations and financial institutions. • Analytical and problem‑solving skills propelling self‑propagation as a thought leader. • Understanding of the relationship between business, protection, technology, and industry issues, with a record of marketing program execution. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
