The Director, AI Platform Engineer will lead the engineering delivery and evolution of the organization’s AI platform, with responsibility across platform design, development, integration, operations, and continuous improvement.

This role will be instrumental in enabling the transformation of existing processes, products, and services into agentic AI products and intelligent workflows by providing the core platform capabilities needed to support scalable, secure, and reliable AI adoption.

The ideal candidate brings strong engineering leadership, platform expertise, and technical depth to guide architectural decisions, oversee implementation, and drive operational excellence across shared AI services and tools.

Working closely with product leaders, forward deployed engineering teams, data and infrastructure partners, and business stakeholders, this role will ensure the AI platform supports enterprise priorities, accelerates solution delivery, and evolves in line with user needs, performance insights, and emerging technologies.
