Founding Engineer (AI / RAG, backend-leaning)

We're an early, stealth B2B startup — a Berlin GmbH — bringing reliable, AI-native expertise to the medical-device world, helping the experts who get life-saving innovation to market. Small team, real MVP in progress.

You'd be our first founding engineering member: hands-on building the product alongside our senior eng lead, owning big parts of the backend — Python, RAG, and agentic workflows — and growing with the company.

For someone who ships, is genuinely drawn to MedTech and to making expert knowledge accessible, and wants an entrepreneurial role with meaningful equity and broad ownership. Part- or full-time to start; happy to share the full picture over a call.
