CRM Management and Commercial Metrics • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records across the commercial team, ensuring all customer interactions, quotation activity, pipeline stages, and account notes are documented consistently and on time. • Identify and flag data gaps, inconsistencies, or process inefficiencies within the CRM and commercial reporting systems, recommending improvements to enhance team visibility and reporting accuracy. • Contribute to the preparation of weekly sales call materials and monthly leadership updates by compiling pipeline data, quoting activity summaries, and account-level performance information, as required. Lead Management and Incoming Inquiries • Manage and triage incoming leads from marketing channels, website inquiries, and other sources, qualifying opportunities and routing them to the appropriate team member based on complexity, size, and strategic fit. • Respond promptly to straightforward incoming inquiries, providing customers with accurate information about Burloak’s capabilities, lead times, and quoting processes, and ensuring a professional first impression at every touchpoint. • Ensure all new leads are entered into the CRM promptly and assigned to the correct owner, maintaining a complete and accurate record of all incoming commercial activity. Cross-Functional Support and Team Contribution • Work collaboratively with operations, planning, and engineering teams to gather information needed for quotations, confirm lead times, and ensure that customer commitments made during the sales process are operationally achievable. • Support the commercial team with administrative and coordination tasks related to customer proposals, trade show preparation, marketing material updates, and other commercial activities as required. • Uphold Burloak’s commercial standards and company policies in all customer interactions, representing the organization professionally and contributing positively to team culture and overall commercial performance. • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.
