GENERAL MANAGER

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead teams, develop strategies, and drive business growth while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily business and operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient company functioning Lead and supervise employees to achieve high performance and operational goals Develop and implement business and operational strategies to support company growth and improvement Monitor business performance, control costs, and enhance operational efficiency through data analysis and process optimization Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners to foster collaboration and business development Identify and evaluate opportunities for business growth and operational improvements Prepare detailed reports and provide timely operational updates to company directors for informed decision-making Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations to maintain legal and operational standards Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in a service-oriented or ICT environment, enhancing adaptability and sector knowledge Other Information At least 5 years of relevant management or operational experience is preferred to effectively lead and manage business functions Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive team performance and resolve challenges Good organisational and business management abilities to coordinate resources and streamline operations
