The Role Engage directly with customer stakeholders, from technical teams to executives Build and maintain systems that support critical customer operations and fast, reliable onboarding Deliver accurate reporting and critical insights for customers and internal teams Lead initiatives to improve the platform based on customer insights Stack: NextJS, NodeJs, GCP, Postgres, Terraform Requirements Strong full-stack engineering experience Excellent communication skills and comfortable being customer-facing Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-velocity environments Our Values Move Fast – Act decisively, iterate quickly, optimise for momentum.
