You: The ideal candidate will have: • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline. • 10+ years' marketing experience, including 5+ years leading a marketing team or function. • Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategy across multiple brands, categories or business units. • Strong commercial experience in a B2B, B2C or blended environment. • Experience in industrial products, safety, workwear, footwear, trade distribution, retail, building products, automotive aftermarket or FMCG would be advantageous. • Strong experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting, suppliers and measuring ROI. • Broad marketing capability across brand, product, customer, digital, content, social, email, events and sales enablement. • Experience managing complex product launches and cross-functional marketing programs. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence at a senior level. • A strategic yet hands-on approach, with the ability to move from setting the strategy to making things happen. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded marketing leader to take ownership of a significant ANZ portfolio, lead an established team and make a real impact on the growth of a global organisation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
