You Bring: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Experience: • 10+ years of experience in application development, with a focus on AI, data, and full-stack solutions. • 5+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, overseeing large-scale IT service delivery teams. • Proven track record of delivering complex, AI-driven applications and data platforms. Technical Skills: • Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and data engineering tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). • Expertise in full-stack development technologies (e.g., Java , React, Node.js, Python, Java). • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices. • Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance standards. Soft Skills: • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
