VP of Finance

Contract Type: Permanent Location: Singapore, Singapore Date Published: 31-Aug-2026 Salary: $150,000 - $230,000 Annual • Permanent headcount, based in Singapore • Banking industry • Candidates must have relevant transactional or credit/ portfolio management experience in project finance and/or leveraged finance Responsibilities would include: • Prepare credit applications, risk assessments, and financial/sensitivity analyses for a portfolio of structured, project, and blended finance transactions • Distil complex credit structures into clear, approver-ready applications • Manage timely circulation, review, and approval of credit applications and consent requests • Partner closely with Credit and origination teams; respond promptly to credit-related queries • Provide regular portfolio updates and escalate material risks to Team Lead/Head of CPM • Ensure regulatory and policy compliance across the portfolio; support audit and remediation efforts • Deliver accurate, timely reporting to regulators, head office, and internal stakeholders • Work both independently and collaboratively, sharing knowledge and best practice Profile of ideal candidate: • Bachelor's degree in any discipline • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in credit analysis and portfolio management, with structured/project finance as a core strength; digital infrastructure exposure a plus. • Strong credit judgment across complex capital structures, collateral pools, and bespoke financing • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Proven stakeholder management with senior stakeholders, credit committees, and control functions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills If you are keen to have a preliminary chat, please send me your CV directly to cherrie@ethosbc.com quoting reference number CL/BH-19475/FB .
