Job Responsibilities:L - Strategic planning: Develop and execute hiring strategies in collaboration with management to meet current and future workforce needs. - Candidate sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, such as job boards and professional networking sites like LinkedIn. - Screening and interviewing: Review applications, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to determine the best fit for open positions. - Onboarding: Guide new hires through the necessary paperwork and documentation to ensure a smooth transition into the company. - Employer branding: Promote the company's brand and culture to attract top talent, often acting as a brand ambassador. - Relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, including hiring managers. - Compliance and reporting: Ensure hiring practices comply with employment laws and track key recruitment metrics Key Result Areas: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). - Ability to partner effectively with leadership and HR Skills/ Capabilities and competencies: - Necessary: Hiring for Telecom/Hi-Tech, ICT/Cloud, IT, B2B Sales & Marketing skills - Outstanding communication skills - ability to convey clear and concise messages across the organization - Customer focus - active listening skills and ability to understand true needs of the stakeholders; and translate those needs into a actions for success - Process focused & strategic thinking with a continuous improvement mindset - Preferred: Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence and partner across all functions and levels. - Strong Research and Data Analytics skills - Ability to think and learn fast while paying attention to details. - Hands-on in utilizing search tools including job boards, networking sites and search engines to build candidates database for critical roles
