Product Designer

Roles & Responsibilities: - Design end-to-end user experiences for B2C digital products across web and mobile platforms. - Translate user needs, business requirements, and product objectives into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. - Conduct user research and usability analysis to identify customer pain points and improve product experiences. - Create intuitive and engaging UI/UX designs while maintaining consistency with design systems and brand guidelines. - Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Business teams throughout the product development lifecycle. - Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to improve usability, accessibility, and overall customer experience. - Use data, user feedback, and product metrics to identify opportunities for continuous experience improvement. - Contribute to and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UX standards. Ideal Candidate: - Strong Product Designer from top college profile. - Minimum 1+ years of experience in UX / Product Design, with strong focus on B2C Products. - Strong portfolio of UX / Product Design works for top / high-traffic B2C Products. - Must have Design Education (BDes, MDes) from Tier 1 college (NIT, NIFT, IIT). Tier 2 colleges will be given 2nd priority. - Only UX designer won't work, we need product designers.
