Key Responsibilities • Develop comprehensive project plans and lead projects from conception and planning through implementation and deployment. • Contribute to the development of project strategies, processes, and resource plans. • Manage project schedules and task execution using project management tools, including status reports, tracking charts, checklists, and scheduling software. • Drive cost, schedule, and performance objectives for equipment and deliverables supporting internal and external customers and global vendors. • Participate in and support cross-functional design teams composed of internal, external, and matrixed resources to achieve project goals. • Provide technical input and guidance to team members to support successful project execution. • Interface with internal stakeholders across engineering, operations, supply chain, and business teams to drive supply chain projects supporting the AGS business unit. • Identify project risks and issues, and develop mitigation and resolution plans. Job Requirements/Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, project management, engineering, or supply chain management. • Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. • Some engineering/technical background with experience in the semiconductor industry and/or supply chain management is preferred • Strong program management experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a technical or manufacturing environment. • Preferred experience with semiconductor components including OEM components, process power systems, build-to-print parts, advanced materials, and mechanical or electrical assemblies. • Experience working with global suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. • Strong communication, influence, and negotiation skills in a matrixed organization. • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret large datasets, synthesizing insights and effectively presenting findings to senior executive leadership Core Competencies • Functional Knowledge: Demonstrates depth or breadth of expertise in a specialized technical or functional discipline. • Business Expertise: Interprets business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services. • Leadership: Leads teams or projects with moderate complexity, risk, and resource requirements.
