Salesforce Consultant (Data Cloud)

Job Title: Salesforce Consultant Experience: 7+ Years Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant with strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), Salesforce Administration, and Salesforce Development . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing Data Cloud solutions, developing scalable data models, building automations, supporting AI-driven use cases, and integrating Salesforce with enterprise data platforms. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, solution design capabilities, and stakeholder management skills to deliver scalable and business-focused Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities • Manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and access controls, including support for automated user provisioning. • Implement and maintain Salesforce security, governance, compliance, and data management practices. • Configure, administer, and optimize Salesforce Data Cloud environments. • Design and develop scalable Data Cloud data models to support Customer 360 initiatives. • Build and maintain automations, calculated insights, and business processes using Salesforce capabilities. • Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce. • Support AI-driven business solutions leveraging Einstein AI and Agentforce. • Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with enterprise applications and external data sources. • Support data ingestion, data unification, identity resolution, and customer segmentation initiatives. • Ensure adherence to deployment, release management, and version control best practices. • Troubleshoot platform issues and implement continuous improvements. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions. • Create and maintain technical documentation and solution design artifacts. Required Skills & Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration and Development. • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360). • Salesforce Data Cloud Certification is mandatory. • Strong experience designing and implementing Data Cloud data models. • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce customization. • Experience building Salesforce automations, workflows, and calculated insights. • Knowledge of Einstein AI and Agentforce capabilities. • Strong understanding of Salesforce Core Platform architecture. • Experience managing Salesforce security, user access, profiles, permission sets, and governance controls. • Experience with Salesforce deployment methodologies and version control tools. • Strong understanding of CRM processes and Salesforce ecosystem best practices. • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. • Experience with customer data platforms and Customer 360 initiatives. • Knowledge of data unification and identity resolution concepts. • Experience with zero-copy ingestion from Databricks. • Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise marketing and segmentation platforms. • Familiarity with enterprise data architecture and cloud integration patterns.
