Senior Financial Analyst

We're partnering with a fast-paced, consumer-led healthcare business on Sydney's North Shore to find a Senior Finance Analyst who can own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while genuinely influencing the way the business operates. This is a business going through an exciting period of growth, with real investment in its finance function and a genuine appetite for commercial partnering. You'll sit close to the operational and marketing teams, with your analysis directly informing how the business plans, forecasts, and makes decisions. About the Role: Reporting into the GM of Commercial Finance, the key responsibilities include: • Own the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process across multiple business units • Partner directly with operations, marketing, and senior leadership to translate financial data into clear, actionable commercial insight • Prepare and contribute to board-level reporting, gaining direct exposure to senior stakeholders • Build and maintain dashboard reporting (Power BI/SAP experience highly regarded) • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the numbers — and know how to communicate them in a way that drives action • Support scenario planning and ad hoc commercial analysis as the business scales • Continuously improve forecasting accuracy and reporting processes About You: To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess: • 5–8 years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or a closely related discipline • Proven ability to business partner with non-finance stakeholders • Experience within a medium-to-large, fast-paced, or consumer-facing environment (retail, FMCG, or similar considered highly favourably) • Confidence translating complex financial data into commercial narratives that influence decisions • Strong abilities to build PowerBI dashboards • Strong Excel/financial modelling capability • CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) How to Apply: To apply, please click on the appropriate link below.
