We are a highly visible function responsible for delivering mission-critical analytics and insights to leadership and key stakeholders. To further our impact, we are looking for a Manager to join our Corporate FP&A team.

Reporting to the Director of Corporate FP&A, this role will play a key role in driving the company's forecasting, annual planning, and financial reporting processes.

This individual will support the month-end close process, deliver financial analysis and actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making, and partner cross-functionally to improve financial visibility across the organization.

As a member of the Corporate FP&A team, this role will also contribute to company-wide financial reporting by developing and maintaining financial models, dashboards, and management reporting, while helping ensure the accuracy and integrity of consolidated financial results.

What You will do: Become a subject matter expert in all things revenue and gross margin for Oura, leading the team in consolidated reporting, analysis, and insights Consolidate financial results and forecasts across business units and functions, aggregating into monthly and quarterly management reporting packages, including monthly and quarter results
