Join Job Duck as a Personal Injury Case Handling Specialist supporting a fast-paced personal injury practice where your legal expertise and client-centered approach will make a meaningful impact.

In this role, you will play a key part in guiding cases from intake through resolution, ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout their legal journey.

You will collaborate closely with legal teams, manage critical documentation, and proactively follow up on case progress while maintaining high attention to detail.

• Monthly Compensation Range: From 1,220 to 1,320 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Handle medical reductions and coordinate with medical providers and lienholders Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution Monitor case deadlines, treatment progress, and follow-up activities Prepare and customize spoliation letters based on case-specific needs Draft legal documents and case-related correspondence Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text, providing case updates and guidance Maintain communication with insurance adjusters and other stakeholders Request and review medical records, bills, police reports, and insurance documentation Verify health insurance covera
