YOUR ROLE As the 2IC of the winning FINANCE TEAM (of 7), reporting to the CEO and CFO with the support of 1 accounts assistant, you will love the CHALLENGE+DIVERSITY+AUTONOMY being ‘hands-on’ engaging in: • financial and management reporting, trust accounting, budgets and forecasts, cashflows, PAYG, payroll, variance analysis, superannuation, workers compensation, BAS and GST; • corporate governance/legal regulatory compliance; • mentoring junior team members; ; • assisting the CFO with adhoc projects. WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: • Are degree qualified + have MINIMUM 3-10 years hands-on financial/management accounting experience; • Are CA/CPA qualified (preferable not essential); • have worked in a law or accounting firm or other professional services with experience in trust accounts (preferable); • have strong technical skills in both financial and management accounting+ proven commercial acumen +ability to add value to a business; • have proven ability to thrive in a busy multi-tasking environment.
