With a strong track record of growth and the backing of a large US listed business. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role supporting the financial integrity and reporting of the Australian business while working closely with regional and global teams. About the role: • Supporting the month-end close, including journals, reconciliations and review of results • Preparing monthly management reporting and financial analysis • Supporting forecasting and planning activities • Maintaining robust balance sheet controls and supporting audit requirements • Applying revenue recognition policies in line with Group and US GAAP requirements • Working with commercial and operational teams to ensure accurate revenue and margin recognition • Monitoring revenue and margin performance and addressing recognition issues • Preparing submissions and supporting information for regional and Group finance teams • Supporting statutory audit and compliance requirements • Partnering with AP, AR, FP&A and the wider finance team • Contributing to ERP implementation and finance transformation projects • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls, automation and reporting About You • You will ideally be a CA/CPA qualified accountant, or working towards qualification, with experience across financial accounting and reporting. • Experience in Big 4 or mid-tier accounting followed by commercial experience • Strong month-end, reporting, reconciliation and financial control experience • Exposure to revenue recognition within a services, technology or project-based environment • Experience working within a complex or fast-growing organisation • Exposure to US GAAP, SOX-style controls or multinational group reporting is highly desirable To be considered please apply below
