Headquartered in Washington D.C with team members spanning five continents, Piedmont Global equips organizations with the people, capabilities, and strategies to lead - globally, fluently, and confidently. **Position Summary** This is an entry-level, remote role ideal for someone eager to build a career in business development and sales. The specialist will work closely with sales representatives across seven key verticals, the RevOps Manager, and the marketing team to execute outbound campaigns, qualify leads, and set up high-quality discovery meetings for the sales team. **Responsibilities**: **Outbound Prospecting** - Execute and manage outbound sequences across seven key verticals, targeting prospective organizations and decision-makers. - Warm up cold contacts through personalized outreach, engaging messaging, and consistent follow-up. - Research, qualify, and document prospective client information to ensure high-quality leads enter the sales funnel. - Schedule and confirm qualified discovery meetings for sales representatives. - Maintain outbound activity and performance tracking within HubSpot CRM. **Collaboration**: - Partner with each vertical’s sales representative to understand their target accounts, messaging, and ideal customer profiles. - Collaborate with the RevOps Manager to ensure data accuracy and automation efficiency across outbound tools. - Leverage marketing’s sales enablement assets, campaigns, and vertical-specific website content to enhance outreach effectiveness. **Performance & Accountability**: - Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity goals, including outreach volume, engagement rates, and qualified meetings set. - Achieve a target of 4 qualified meetings per week after the initial 4-week ramp period. - Maintain high standards for written and verbal communication across all outreach efforts. **Qualifications** - Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Ability and willingness to learn new sales and revenue technology tools (HubSpot, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.). - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. - Highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. - Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. **Preferred**: - 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, marketing, or customer engagement. - Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar systems. - Background in business, communications, or related field. **Key Competencies**: - Prospecting & Outreach Excellence - Written & Verbal Communication - Time & Task Management - Collaboration Across Teams - Adaptability & Continuous Learning - Results orientation & Accountability **Benefits** Piedmont Global has a wide variety of benefits, including health, pension, and a flexible work schedule.
