Uni Club - Program Manager/Product Manager - Credi Shield

About the Role: Credi Shield is Unis credit protection and consolidation program designed to help customers manage high-interest loans and credit cards through structured journeys, automation, and strong operational execution. The Program Manager will own end-to-end execution of the Credi Shield program across product, operations, CRM workflows, partners, and internal teams. This role sits at the intersection of business, product, operations, and customer experience. What You Will Do: - Own end-to-end Credi Shield program lifecycle - Translate business goals into execution plans and milestones - Act as single point of accountability for delivery and outcomes Cross-functional execution: - Work with Product, Tech, Ops, CRM, Risk, Sales, Collections, and Support - Ensure smooth handoffs across lead intake, eligibility, document collection, disbursal, and closure Process & Automation: - Design and improve CRM workflows and Push automation-first execution Partner & CX: - Coordinate with lending partners and vendors - Track SLAs, escalations, and compliance Reporting: - Own dashboards for funnel, TATs, drop-offs, and disbursals and share leadership updates What Were Looking For: - 3-5+ years in Program Management / Ops / Product Ops - FinTech / Lending / Credit Card experience - Strong CRM and workflow exposure - Excellent stakeholder management Why Join Us: - Opportunity to lead and influence strategy in a growing organization. - Work closely with senior leadership on key business decisions. - Scope for meaningful impact and career growth within the function.
