Locum Pharmacist (Maternity Cover)

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately according to prescriptions.

• Provide medication counselling and advice to patients.

• Ensure proper storage, handling, and inventory of medicines.

• Check prescriptions for accuracy, drug interactions, and potential medication-related issues.

• Maintain proper medication records and documentation.

• Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

• Ensure compliance with pharmacy policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Support day-to-day pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Pharmacy from a recognised institution.

• Registered or eligible for registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC).

• Good knowledge of medications and pharmacy practices.
