Sales Representative

Introduction An exciting vacancy exists at Mpact Corrugated Nelspruit, to be based in Hoedspruit . We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and results-oriented individual to join our Sales team. Duties & Responsibilities • Apply effective sales and negotiation techniques • Drive marketing principles and brand promotion • Lead business development and lead generation initiatives • Manage customer relationships using CRM systems • Conduct market analysis and competitor research • Demonstrate the ability to close deals • Deliver strong communication and presentation skills • Compile reports and perform data analysis • Establish and grow a strong Mpact presence in the market • Drive community involvement and relationship building • Ensure improved customer service and responsiveness • Contribute to long-term sustainability and profitability Desired Experience & Qualification • Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent (essential) • Degree or Diploma in Marketing Management, Sales & Marketing, or Business Management • 2–5 years' experience in sales, marketing, business and customer relationship management • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities • Experience in market research and customer engagement • Ability to work under pressure and independently • Strong team player with high integrity and accountability • Valid driver's license with willingness to travel for client visits and business development • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Knowledge of CRM software and digital marketing tools (advantageous) • Willingness to work outside of normal office hours • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
