REQUIREMENTS • Matric • A proven hunter who enjoys opening new doors and developing business opportunities • Strong ability to build credibility and establish lasting relationships with customers • Experience selling technical, industrial, engineering, or business-to-business solutions • Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and surpassing sales objectives • Excellent planning and territory management capabilities • Ability to understand customer needs and provide practical product recommendations • Strong administrative skills with a focus on accurate reporting and follow-up • Comfortable working independently and managing a sales pipeline from prospecting through to closing • Proficiency in CRM systems and standard business software • Fluency in English and Afrikaans • Valid driver's license and own transport DUTIES • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and increase revenue • Promote and sell the company's products and services to both new and existing customers • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular client visits and follow-up • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance objectives • Prepare and submit accurate sales call reports and customer activity updates • Address customer enquiries and provide product, pricing, and delivery information • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and proactively resolve concerns • Report customer complaints, product issues, and service-related concerns to management • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience plus medical aid, pension fund, car allowance and fuel card.
