With data and advanced analytics at the center of our people strategy, we are seeking an analytically driven People Analytics professional to join our People Analytics team. In this role, you will develop, optimize, and enhance data-driven insights across the employee lifecycle. You will partner closely with stakeholders across HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, and Legal to deliver analytics that support strategic workforce planning, improve employee experiences, and enable informed business decisions. You will apply advanced analytics, predictive modeling, statistical techniques, and emerging AI capabilities to ¯solve complex workforce challenges.
