Recruitment Consultant - Warm Desk

We’re looking for a driven and career focussed Recruitment Consultant to join our Blue – Collar Recruitment team in the Sydney CBD in a 360-recruitment capacity and take over an existing desk across Blue Collar – recruiting industrial, manufacturing and maintenance positions. We will consider Recruitment specialists at all levels from Junior to Senior and bove all else is “Attitude” is number one! The role will form part of our blue collar recruitment team here in NSW but also play a key part in our service offering nationally working closely with your counterparts in WA and QLD. The role will provide a structured onboarding and, recruitment 101’s induction process and will ultimately suit someone that enjoys the opportunity to develop business by becoming a true student of their industry, building strong tangible candidate pools / relationships, and driving consistent sales led activity.
