Architect / Senior Architect

Develop architecture and design artifacts for projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards. Lead POCs for complex modules, demonstrating feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions. Identify technical issues and risks and define mitigation approaches to address them effectively. Participate in architecture governance reviews such as the Architecture Review Board (ARB), providing insights and recommendations for architectural decisions. Work closely with technical teams and business partners/specialists to ensure successful project delivery, fostering collaboration and communication. Contribute to Service Offering Initiatives through thought leadership, proposing innovative solutions and approaches. Actively contribute to Open Source projects, sharing expertise and collaborating with the community to drive innovation. Assist in designing and implementing solutions, working on architectural frameworks, and contributing to design decisions under guidance. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital engineering space. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and profitability. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges. • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management. • Represent Innominds at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. • Mentor and guide junior sales team members to develop their skills and capabilities. Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a technical architect role. • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex technical solutions in digital engineering or IT services. • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices. • Deep technical expertise in areas such as AI, ML, IoT, Cloud, 5G, Mobility, Edge Computing, and related technologies. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience with digital transformation and modern engineering practices is a plus. • We are seeking members to be part of our transformation journey and contribute to our innovative solutions.
