In this role you will be responsible for: • Playing a key part in account opening procedures, carrying out thorough customer due diligence to maintain a trusted and secure client base • Handling sales and purchases with clients, ensuring every transaction runs smoothly and efficiently • Managing account opening and closing, always maintaining a high standard of service and client satisfaction • Following established practices, procedures, and regulations closely in your daily tasks, supporting a culture of integrity and professionalism • Carrying out daily duties with genuine care for accuracy and attention to detail • Managing inbound and outbound calls, keeping communication clear and professional with clients and stakeholders • Assisting with high value transactions under guidance, developing careful and meticulous habits along the way • Maintaining a strong focus on compliance to support ethical business practices and regulatory standards • Taking on additional projects and tasks from the Operations Manager, building your skills and experience along the way You... The ideal candidate will be a customer focused individual with: • Up to two years' experience in a face to face customer service role, whether that's retail, hospitality, banking, or a branch based environment, with a genuine track record of delivering outstanding support and satisfaction to clients • A collaborative nature, contributing positively to the team by supporting colleagues and helping build a culture of camaraderie and success • A genuine commitment to going above and beyond for customers and colleagues alike, consistently exceeding expectations and building lasting relationships • An interest in finance and a willingness to learn how to deliver personalised solutions tailored to each client's needs and preferences • Excellent organisational skills, matched by strong interpersonal and communication abilities • A proactive, "can do" attitude and a genuine willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities How to apply…..
