Lead Quality Engineer

**Job Summary** Lead the testing and quality assurance workstream for an AIDriven Development Lifecycle DLC Proof of Concept POC ensuring the quality reliability and effectiveness of AI powered capabilities across the software development lifecycle Drive end to end validation of AI assisted requirements analysis test case generation code generation test automation defect prediction and quality engineering processes Collaborate with business stakeholders development teams QA teams architects and **Responsibilities** Primary Skills Strong experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering including Functional Testing Automation Testing API Testing Test Strategy Test Management and Quality Governance.

Proven experience leading AI GenAI Testing Initiatives including AI-generated Test Case Validation AI-assisted Code and Requirement Validation Prompt Testing Model Output Verification Test Coverage Assessment and AI Outcome Quality Measurement.

Strong Test Management and Governance skills including test strategy development stakeholder management defect governance risk management readiness reporting KPI tracking and cross-functional coordination with Development QA Product and AI/ML teams.

Secondary Skills Experience with GenAI-enabled Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) solutions AI testing frameworks and prompt engineering. Knowledge of Playwright Selenium API Testing CI/CD DevOps GitHub Copilot Azure OpenAI and AI-assisted development tools.

Experience with Python automation framework design test orchestration and quality engineering practices. Understanding of LLM validation AI model evaluation AI governance and responsible AI practices. Healthcare payer/provider domain experience preferred.

**Qualifications** + Possess a strong background in quality engineering with eight to twelve years of experience in designing automating and executing tests for complex enterprise applications.

+ Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Python for building automation frameworks utilities and reusable libraries that improve test reliability and reduce maintenance effort.

+ Exhibit hands on expertise with Playwright including authoring robust end to end tests managing test fixtures and optimizing suites for stability and speed.

+ Show practical experience using Azure services for hosting test environments managing build and release pipelines and integrating automated quality checks within the delivery workflow.

+ Display strong working knowledge of GitHub and GitHub Copilot to manage repositories enforce branching strategies and accelerate high quality test development.

+ Bring exposure to pharmacy claims or related healthcare domains as a desirable qualification enabling deeper understanding of domain specific validation needs and compliance constraints.

+ Communicate clearly with cross functional teams document complex findings in an accessible manner and adapt communication style to suit technical and nontechnical audiences.

+ Apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to interpret test data uncover hidden issues and recommend practical improvements that enhance the overall user experience.
