Recruitment Manager

Role: Senior Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant Location: Wagholi , Pune Experience: 3–7 years Type: Full-time Compensation: Best-in-industry salary + attractive incentive payouts based on performance and successful placements. We are a Pune-based manpower recruitment agency serving clients across Real Estate, Facility Management, Luxury Jewellery, Logistics, Hospitality, MEP Contracting and other industries. Key Responsibilities • Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining. • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, WhatsApp and other channels. • Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements. • Coordinate interviews, offers and joining follow-ups. • Manage multiple client requirements simultaneously. • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers. • Build strong relationships with candidates and clients. • Achieve monthly placement/recruitment targets. Candidate Profile • 3–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a manpower consultancy/staffing agency . • Experience in F acility management, Real estate, Logistics, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Retail, Luxury Jewellery, Engineering & Infrastructure or similar industries preferred. • Strong sourcing, communication and follow-up skills. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple vacancies. • Target-oriented and proactive. • English, Hindi and Marathi preferred. Ideal candidate: Someone with prior exp working in a manpower consultancy/staffing agency who can independently manage end-to-end hiring pipeline
