Full-Time 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 base salary Key Skills & Qualifications: 3-7 years of project management experience, especially in precast concrete, construction, or heavy manufacturing sectors Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and project scheduling tools Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building skills Ability to coordinate cross-departmental efforts and manage multiple projects simultaneously Nice to Have Skills: Experience with ERP systems, particularly Acumatica Prior involvement in industrial construction or concrete manufacturing environments Certification in project management (PMP or similar) Preferred Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline 3 to 7 years of proven project management success, ideally within heavy manufacturing or precast concrete industries Additional Requirements: Willingness to work in both office and manufacturing environments Ability to occasionally lift up to 10 pounds Must be adaptable to dust, noise, vibration, and outdoor conditions Employment is full-time, salaried, and at-will, with typical hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM If you're ready to take on challenging projects, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and drive success in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply today!
