Senior Technical Account Manager, Amazon Smart Vehicles

- Experience in technical support, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - Experience conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences -

• 10+ years of experience in the automotive industry with focus on infotainment systems, embedded software, voice/AI integration, or technical solutions architecture -

• Track record of leading technical evaluations and proof-of-concept engagements in competitive environments with long validation cycles typical of automotive industry -

• Experience designing integration architectures for automotive platforms; understanding of Japanese automotive technical evaluation and supplier qualification processes -

• Deep technical knowledge of automotive software stacks and platforms (Android Automotive, QNX, Linux), hardware platforms (Qualcomm, Nvidia, Renesas SOCs), genAI/LLM architectures, speech-to-speech pipelines, and edge computing deployment in automotive environments
