We are looking for a HR Manager to support them on a 6-month contract. Requirements • Minimum 10 years of experience as an HR Manager or HRBP within private equity, asset management, or professional/financial services. • Strong ability to partner with senior stakeholders and operate effectively in a lean HR function • Broad HR generalist expertise across performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations • Demonstrated capability to quickly assume responsibility and manage BAU with minimal ramp-up time • High level of discretion and sound judgement in handling sensitive HR matters As this position needs to be filled as soon as possible, we can only proceed with candidates who are eligible to start working within the next month in Singapore without sponsorship .
