Recruiter - Contract hiring

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Recruitment Professional with proven experience in contract staffing and C2H hiring in the Indian technology market. This role demands a strong understanding of the fast-paced, competitive nature of the Indian staffing ecosystem and the ability to work with urgency, precision, and a sales-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for contract and C2H roles in the technology domain. Source, screen, and engage top tech talent through job portals, social media, and networking. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for niche and volume hiring.

Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to understand client requirements and deliver with speed and quality. Negotiate offers, onboard candidates, and ensure smooth transitions. Maintain recruitment metrics and contribute to continuous process improvement.

What We’re Looking For: 2–6 years of experience in contract staffing or C2H hiring for IT/tech roles in India. Strong understanding of the Indian staffing market and its aggressive timelines. Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms. High energy, target-driven, and a sales-oriented mindset.
