Requirements: - 10+ years in product/UX design, with 3+ years in senior roles focused on AI-driven products (healthcare/tech preferred). - Proven expertise in AI prototyping/coding tools (e.g., Cursor.ai, Windsurf AI, Framer AI) and generating production-ready code from designs. - Mastery of design thinking, Figma, Adobe Suite, and rapid prototyping workflows. - Strong technical acumen to discuss APIs, backend systems, and engineering trade-offs fluently. - Portfolio showcasing AI-powered projects, cross-functional collaborations, and impactful UX outcomes. - Excellent communicator with experience in stakeholder alignment and user research. - Bachelor's in Design, HCI, or related field; Google UX Certificate or equivalent a plus.
