Senior Design Leader - BFSI/FinTech

THE ROLE: We're looking for a seasoned design leader to shape experiences across Credit Cards, Payments, UPI and Financial Services. Someone who combines strong product craft, strategic thinking, business understanding and an AI-first approach to design and execution. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Lead the design charter across Credit Cards, Payments and Financial Services. - Turn complex financial products into simple, intuitive and trustworthy experiences. - Partner with Product, Engineering, Business, Marketing and Data to shape product decisions. - Connect design to measurable outcomes across adoption, engagement, conversion and trust. - Think beyond screens - across journeys, service design and the broader customer experience. - Lead and coach designers while raising the bar on craft and strategic thinking. - Bring an AI-first approach to research, exploration, prototyping, validation and execution. - Build AI-enabled workflows that increase the speed, quality and leverage of the design team. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - 12+ years of product design experience with meaningful design leadership experience. - Strong consumer product craft and experience shipping at scale. - Experience in fintech, payments, credit cards, banking or complex consumer ecosystems. - Strong product and business thinking with the ability to connect design to outcomes. - Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and senior leadership. - An AI-first mindset - actively experimenting with new tools and rethinking how design team's work. NICE TO HAVE: Experience with regulated financial products, multi-brand ecosystems, 0 - 1 products, large-scale transformations, or building new design workflows and systems.
