Manager - Business Finance

Are you a finance professional with strong experience in Business Finance, FP&A, financial planning, revenue governance, margin management, and working capital? We are looking for a Business Finance Manager to partner with cross-functional and global teams, drive financial performance, and support strategic business decisions. Lead cross-functional and global teams in developing finance strategies aligned with business objectives. - 2. Partner with business and corporate teams to support company goals and strategic initiatives. - 3. Co-own the financial plan of the portfolio along with the portfolio/business lead. - 4. Drive revenue governance, including contracting, forecasting, and revenue recognition. - 5. Manage margin governance, including cost optimization and sustainable cost reduction initiatives. - 6. Drive working capital governance, including unbilled revenue reduction, timely invoicing and collections, debt ageing, and PDD management. - 7. Prepare and manage MIS and financial analytics for the business unit, including cost pyramid analysis and revenue leakage against order book. - 8. Ensure accurate and timely month-end and quarter-end financial closures. - 9. Analyze financial risks, business impacts, and opportunities and recommend corrective actions. - 10. Partner with senior stakeholders to connect finance and business strategies and improve business outcomes. - 11. Develop strong business finance partnerships across functions and geographies. - 12. Support senior leadership with financial insights for strategic decision-making. Requirements: - 1. 37 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or related finance roles. - 2. CA preferred. - 3. Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance management. - 4. Experience in revenue, margin, and working capital governance. - 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - 6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - 7. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams. - 8. Strong influencing skills with the ability to work with senior leadership. - 9. Proactive can-do attitude with a strong learning mindset. - 10.
