Senior Product Designer, Consumer Revenue

Discord has a highly engaged community of millions of daily active users who use the platform for many different reasons, but there’s one thing that nearly everyone does: play video games. Discord plays a uniquely important role in the future of gaming, and we are focused on making it easier and more fun for people to hang out before, during, and after playing games. As a Senior Product Designer on Consumer Revenue , you'll help shape how millions of people discover, experience, and engage with Discord's paid products and offerings. You'll work on experiences that create meaningful value for our users while helping grow Discord's consumer business - from exploring new ways to monetize to improving and evolving existing revenue products. You'll be involved in the full product development process from end to end, from identifying opportunities and shaping product strategy to prototyping, experimentation, and launch. You'll bring a strong balance of product thinking, interaction design, and visual craft, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Research, and Marketing to understand user needs, test hypotheses, and turn insights into impactful experiences.
