Business Finance Manager - D2C/eCommerce

- Partner closely with business, operations, and finance teams to analyze financial performance and improve business processes. - Drive end-to-end financial performance management including P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Evaluate ROI on performance marketing spends, digital campaigns, promotions, and new product launches. - Prepare annual operating plans, business plans, and monitor achievement against financial and operational KPIs. - Support commercial structuring, pricing strategy, and discounting decisions across various digital platforms and marketplaces. - Work with cross-functional teams to drive productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory optimization, and working capital management. - Monitor and report key financial metrics and business trends to leadership teams. - Provide insights and recommendations for revenue enhancement, profitability improvement, and capital allocation. - Conduct product costing, margin analysis, profitability tracking, and support pricing strategy initiatives. Track and improve key digital metrics including: - Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) - Lifetime Value (LTV) - Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) - Contribution Margins - Ensure accurate marketplace reconciliations and support revenue assurance processes. - Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams for inventory and contract management.
