Location: Onsite - Cleveland, OH What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred) 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP, cost accounting, and inventory management Hands-on experience with ERP systems Proven leadership skills in supervising and developing accounting teams Excellent analytical and communication skills Nice to Have Skills: Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments Knowledge of internal controls, budgeting, and forecasting Experience working with external auditors, banks, and tax advisors Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification strongly preferred 7 to over 10 years of relevant experience, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution setting Other Requirements: Willingness to operate in a hands-on, detail-oriented capacity Ability to operate as a strategic partner within a mid-sized, evolving organization Demonstrated expertise in building scalable processes to support growth This role may require some travel for audits and meetings If you are a proactive leader with a passion for financial accuracy and process improvement, take the next step in your career today!
