Requirements • Experience owning a complex B2B product across its commercial, operational and technical lifecycle. • Experience in telecommunications, managed connectivity, digital infrastructure or another multi-supplier service environment. • Working knowledge of at least one relevant connectivity technology, such as DIA, Business Broadband, FWA or LEO. • Practical experience of pricing, margin analysis and business-case development. • Experience productising complex services so they can be quoted, ordered, delivered, supported and billed consistently. • Evidence of using data to improve product performance, commercial decisions or operational processes. • Experience owning non-standard customer-request governance and using demand patterns to inform product, proposition and commercial decisions. • Practical understanding of how automation and AI can improve product development, decision-making or service operations. • Ability to work with global stakeholders, with occasional international travel. What we offer • Ownership of a global portfolio used by major multinational organisations. • A mandate to help reshape how global connectivity is designed and consumed. • Exposure to emerging wireless, satellite, automation and AI applications. • Competitive compensation and location-appropriate benefits. • A credible route into broader portfolio and product leadership, Benefits • Private Healthcare Plan • Pension Plan • Hybrid Working • 25 Days Holidays Beyond the Job We’re proud of our focus on as Environment, Social and Governance as well as the passion we display for the communities where we live and work.
