(Senior) Regional Operations Manager - Benelux (m/f/d)

About the Role • Own regional partnerships by building strong relationships, driving performance, and acting as the main operational contact • Lead improvement projects that enhance vehicle quality, driver standards, partner support, and overall service delivery • Analyze KPIs and performance data to identify gaps, optimize the network, and turn insights into concrete actions • Negotiate with partners on compliance, quality upgrades and long term commitments • Work cross-functionally with HQ, Tech, and local teams to ensure seamless operations and aligned priorities • Stay close to the field by visiting stations, gathering real world feedback, and driving continuous improvement About You • 5+ years of experience in fast-paced, tech-driven environments. Experience in the Bus/Passenger transportation industry is a strong plus. • Fluent in English & Dutch ; French is a strong plus • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights for partners and network optimization. • Proactive, solution-driven, and detail-oriented , comfortable taking ownership and pushing initiatives forward. • Strong stakeholder manager , skilled in relationship building, negotiation, and influencing across teams and partners. • Hands-on and field-oriented , with a driving license and willingness to travel.
