Job Description
We are looking for Junior UX Designer to be part of a cross-functional team working on AI and Visitor Management initiatives within government agencies!
Competitive salary package & employment benefits (up to 24 days leave + medical insurance) Work location: Pasir Panjang (hybrid work arrangement) Entry level candidate with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply, training will be provided Require portfolio to showcase design work - mobile/web applications What you’ll do as a UX designer Talk to users to understand their problems and needs Define and frame cross-product user journeys with business and product stakeholders Create prototypes to explore different design approaches Collaborate with the product team and development teams to ensure that the designed experience aligns with product strategy and is technically feasible Craft screens that are consistent with the current app’s style and aesthetics Create high-fidelity designs with detailed user interface documentation for handover to the development team Work with development team to ensure that your designs are implemented correctly Contribute to the design team by providing design critique and improving design processes We’re looking for you if you are: Experienced in digital product design: You have at least 2 years of professional experience with a portfolio that clearly shows your design work and thought processes.
Detail-oriented: You have a sharp eye for detail and can create polished, professional designs. A systems thinker: You zoom out to see how your work fits into the bigger picture and can create design interventions that scale across different products and operations.
Proficient in key design tools: You are familiar with Figma and Adobe Suite. An effective communicator: You can effectively facilitate alignment among stakeholders, and articulate your design concepts clearly.
