Program Delivery Manager

• Sydney CBD - hybrid in office/wfh • Long term Transformation Program (3 years) • 6 month daily rate initially & attractive day rate About the Company Our client is a large, established Australian consumer organisation currently delivering a multi year transformation program with a strong focus on customer outcomes. About the Role This newly created role sits within a broader transformation program and reports to the Head of Transformation, alongside three other direct reports. You will bridge business and proposition owners with technical and digital delivery teams, engaging senior stakeholders and GM level leaders to keep delivery aligned to customer outcomes. Benefits • Sydney-based, Six month initial contract with strong likelihood of extension, sitting within a broader two to three year transformation agenda • High visibility, newly created role with direct exposure to senior executive and GM level stakeholders • Opportunity to shape how customer outcomes are delivered across a multi year change program • Hands on delivery and mobilisation & governance focus, not a reporting function Duties / Key Responsibilities • Bridge business and proposition owners with technical and digital delivery teams, translating customer outcomes into what needs to be built • Keep delivery focused on customer impact, understanding and escalating risk rather than making unilateral trade off decisions • Mobilise and drive workstreams through a matrixed, multi stakeholder environment • Partner closely with a small executive team, including senior stakeholder and GM level engagement Skills and Experience • Strong background in complex transformation delivery within matrixed organisations • Genuine customer and/or product delivery background, ideally across the full product design lifecycle (development, launch, scaling, end to end customer journey) • Comfortable operating between business and technical/digital delivery teams, translating one into the other • Confident communicator at executive and GM level • 10+ years' experience in a similar role Damien Sweeney is recruiting for this role on behalf of Allura Partners.
